Kali broke away from the traditions of helmet construction because they considers the safety standard to be too low. They set their own and then exceeded them. With in-mold construction they did away with the gap that forms between shell and foam. This manufacturing process allows for a lighter weight and safer helmet.

There is a curved Gopro mount on top or on the side of the helmet.
Kali Protectives’ Savara uses a simple buckle and adjustable strap instead of a D-ring for easy removal and gearing up.
